Grounds for data collection
Processing of your personal information (meaning, any information which may potentially allow your identification with reasonable means; hereinafter "Personal Information") is necessary for the performance of our contractual obligations towards you and providing you with our services, to protect our legitimate interests and for compliance with legal and financial regulatory obligations to which we are subject.
When you use the Site, you consent to the collection, storage, use, disclosure and other uses of your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy. We encourage our Users to carefully read the Privacy Policy and use it to make informed decisions.

What information do we collect?
We collect two types of data and information from Users.
The first type of information is un-identified and non-identifiable information pertaining to a User(s), which may be made available or gathered via your use of the Site (“Non-personal Information”). We are not aware of the identity of a User from which the Non-personal Information was collected. Non-personal Information which is being collected may include your aggregated usage information and technical information transmitted by your device, including certain software and hardware information (e.g. the type of browser and operating system your device uses, language preference, access time, etc.) in order to enhance the functionality of our Site. How do we receive information about you ?
We receive your Personal Information from various sources:
- When you voluntarily provide us your personal details in order to register on our Site or subscribe to certain services (such as mailing list subscriptions);

Retention
We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies. Retention periods will be determined taking into account the type of information that is collected and the purpose for which it is collected, bearing in mind the requirements applicable to the situation and the need to destroy outdated, unused information at the earliest reasonable time. Under applicable regulations, we will keep records containing client personal data, account opening documents, communications and anything else as required by applicable laws and regulations. We may rectify, replenish or remove incomplete or inaccurate information, at any time and at our own discretion.

Introduction & Acceptance of the TOU
We invite you to carefully read these terms of use relating to the use of our services.
By accessing our services, visiting them or using them, whether personally and/or on behalf of the legal entity for which you are acting, you signify your agreement to these terms of use.
“Service” means in particular any content accessible via the Internet protocol (website, mobile application or any personal contribution space).
DENFAM may freely change the terms of use and the specific conditions of use (specific to certain services, pages, etc.) at any time in order to adapt them to changes in the services and/or their operation. Therefore, we invite you to refer to them during each visit in order to read their latest version permanently available on the DENFAM sites.
If one or more stipulations of the terms of use are held to be invalid or declared as such pursuant to a law, regulation or court decision, the other stipulations will retain their full force and scope. DENFAM will replace the clause declared null and invalid by a clause which will come closest in terms of its content to the clause initially canceled. You can access our services either freely or via your DENFAM client account, for which the means of access to which will be communicated to you when the situation applies. Access can be free or paid.

Intellectual property rights
The DENFAM sites and all of their content, including texts, fixed or animated images, videos, databases, programs, logos, brands, etc., are the property of DENFAM, are licensed by DENFAM or are free of usage rights. Some third-party content is not our property, such as social media icons linking to their respective social media accounts.
Under the rules relating to intellectual property and except for the hypothesis of use for strictly private purposes, any reproduction (including by downloading, printing, etc.), any communication, representation, adaptation, translation, transformation, incorporation, marketing and/or partial or complete transfer to another site of one or more of the aforementioned elements, by any process and on any medium whatsoever, is prohibited without the prior written authorization of DENFAM and/or the holder of the rights.

Contribution of personal content
You grant DENFAM a non-exclusive and free license allowing it, without restriction, to reproduce, copy, assign, represent, adapt, translate, modify, republish, communicate, distribute and more generally to exploit all or part of the content that you provide by any means of communication, including, but not limited to, through free exchanges, file downloads and data entry.
This license is granted for the whole world, for all uses on all media and by all distribution methods known or unknown to date, and for the entire duration of legal protection of intellectual property. You warrant that you have previously obtained the necessary rights for these uses.

DENFAM will use its best efforts to maintain the service in an operational state but it does not provide any guarantee concerning the quality and the compatibility of its services with the specific uses that you make of them. DENFAM informs you that in no way we are able to provide you with the guarantee that the service will meet your expectations exactly. We do not guarantee that the results, information, services obtained are free from any error or defect. DENFAM disclaims all liability for any disputes, actions or appeals by third parties who may claim rights, in particular private rights.
Listening to and downloading content, when expressly authorized, is done by you. User commitments
1. You agree to use good judgment in your use of the Services.

- disrupt the normal flow of dialogue, accelerate the rate of scrolling of the screen, in such a way that users of the services find it impossible to follow and type their dialogue, or commit any other action having a similar disruptive effect hindering the ability of users to communicate in real time, in free trade spaces;
